Osequencing Engine is a cold email operations application operated by Ingenix Online Inc. This policy explains how information may be collected, used, and protected as the product supports contacts, campaigns, drafts, queue processing, suppression, and analytics.
2. Information We Collect
Contact and Campaign Data
You may add prospect names, email addresses, companies, job titles, campaign membership, message drafts, send status, and related workflow data.
Usage Data
We may collect operational information such as page usage, feature actions, queue status, validation outcomes, and error reports to improve the product.
Authentication Data
Authentication is not currently active for this preview. When added, account identifiers and session data may be processed by the selected authentication provider.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide contact, campaign, draft, queue, and analytics workflows.
- To validate email deliverability and apply suppression rules.
- To generate, store, and review outreach drafts.
- To send transactional or campaign email when configured.
- To improve reliability, safety controls, and product usability.
4. Third-Party Services
Osequencing Engine may integrate with services such as Supabase, Resend, Apollo, NeverBounce, and AI providers. Data is shared only as needed to operate the selected workflow.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Contact, campaign, draft, queue, and analytics data is retained while needed to operate the product or satisfy legal obligations. Deletion workflows may change as authentication and account controls are added.
6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)
If you are in the EU, UK, or a similar region, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Our legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.
If you are a California resident, you may request to know, delete, or correct the personal information we hold, and you will not be treated differently for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, so there is nothing to opt out of.
