Outreach Engine helps teams manage cold email operations, including contacts, email validation, campaigns, draft review, queue processing, suppression, and analytics.

3. Current Preview State

Authentication and billing are not currently active in this app. Future versions may add account controls, permissions, and paid plans.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send unlawful spam or abusive messages.
• Violate anti-spam, privacy, or data protection laws.
• Attempt to bypass validation, suppression, or safety controls.
• Access data or systems you are not authorized to use.
• Reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.

5. Email Sending Responsibility

You are responsible for the contacts you import, the messages you approve, the campaigns you run, and compliance with applicable email laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other regional requirements.

Your use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Outreach Engine does not guarantee deliverability, replies, revenue, or legal compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outreach Engine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may change as authentication, billing, and production controls are added. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
